The WBC IT Helpdesk Ticketing system can be accessed through this link : helpdesk.wbc.edu.ph
For those who are new to this Ticketing System, this we'll be a quick overview on how to create
and view an Existing Ticket.

The main purpose of this Ticketing System is to eliminate the traditional Job Order so that
technical issues and customer concerns are quickly addressed and resolved.
Issues are also
easily prioritized by category, allowing the IT Department to engage in multitasking.



Main Page of the Ticketing System :

# For submitting a Ticket for any Technical Concerns or Assistance, these are the steps *

Upon selecting the Submit a Ticket on the Main page of the Ticketing System, it will redirect you to the
selection of Categories. Please select the appropriate Category based on the subject of your Concerns.
If none of the below matches your current criteria, you can select the General Category.

Upon selecting a category, you will be redirected to the Submit a Support Request Page for inputting
your main concerns along with your Name and Domain Email.

You can also attach a maximum of 3 Files ending with:
.gif, .jpg, .png, .zip, .rar, .csv, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, .pdf

Attachments are highly recommend so as we can escalate
your concerns with the least amount of troubleshooting Time.

Uploading of File Attachments as for your reference :

Ensure that you have filled out all the necessary Information before Submitting the Ticket
and don't forget to respond to the SPAM Prevention question.

Submitting a Ticket Reminder :

Once the ticket has been submitted, an email has been sent to you along with your Ticket ID.
keep the Ticket ID as you will be needing it to view the status of your current ticket associated with your email.

# For Viewing an Existing Ticket, these are the steps *

Upon selecting the View existing Ticket on the Main page of the Ticketing System, it will redirect you
to a page that needs you to fill the Ticket Tracking ID along with the email associated with it.

View Existing Ticket Page of the Ticketing System :

If you have forgotten your Tracking ID, simply select the Forgot Tracking ID? below
and enter you Email Address associated with the ticket.

Once all the required Information has been supplied, you  will  be redirected to your Ticket
where you can track the status of your current Ticket.
